Refund policy

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Our 30-day return policy means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and determine the best way to resolve it.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The quickest way to ensure that you receive the item you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD FOR THE EUROPEAN UNION

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification.

As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.
