Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Grabyz Labs may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after the order has been accepted. If your order is not accepted, is modified or is cancelled, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address and/or telephone number provided at the time the order was placed.

Purchases are eligible for returns or exchanges only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures or events outside our control. Once products have been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or relating to your purchases and transactions with Grabyz Labs.

We reserve the right to suspend, disable or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine that any part of these Terms has been violated.

Even after termination, the following sections will continue to remain in effect: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy and any other provision that by its nature should survive termination.
